Thats true!! but actually its a formal eququite (sp?) thing. if your driving your supposed to take it off, IF your riding like in a limo or whatever its ok to wear it but you can take it off too. Its prob another one of those things that got started back in the colonial day's by the british.....LOL!! *******!!!
