and im not so sure, this looks just like paint..
i dont think it gets much better lol, imo at least
only thing that the paint would add is a nice shine, the vinyl is kinda dull... but still i think that looks fantastic
Looks good! But what a copy cat lol, I never posted pics but Ive got a big DC sticker on my back window too and I was actually planning on having my friend start making precut vinyl to do the same thing you did and selling it on here in a couple colors.

haha i <3 my DC sticker
and that'd be sweet, but IMO it takes a professional to apply one of these. i would've screwed it up so bad. took him about an hour after he laid it down on the hood. but he laid down a big sheet, formed it to the dome, got rid of all the wrinkles and bubbles, used a heat gun to get it to form around the curves, cut it perfectly. just damn, lots of work.

find some local graphics shops and find out some prices!
i heard of this guy through some import friends. he mostly does european cars and japanese imports. but he's the one doing my vegas4x4.com stickers. so i asked him if he could do this after i saw a roof vinyl he did for a buddies turbo integra, and also he's doing a challenger, as in the whole car, in flat black.

That looks great. Did he do that in 2 pieces or 1? I have been think about doing that since I have a machine. I would just need to get the vinyl. Do you know how he got it to look so good on the curves. You said heat but I don't see how even that could get it that smooth. I love it!

I guess he's been doing this for like 12 years now. It's all one piece. And the heat is what let it stretch into all the curves. Tookhim like an hour to do it. Most of that time was spent getting the folds and bubbles out
