Another stalker pic! Search and Rescue Ranger

I always see this truck driving around but have not had a chance to get a picture of it until i got suck in traffic next to it the other day. It looks like it's a level II based on the alcoas, It has a brushguard on the front an pretty sure has a winch. Not sure what else it has done with it, this was the closest look I have gotten at it so far. I want to know what kind of cool gear they've got loaded in the back of it!

This was on my way home from work on 118th ave and 124'ish street, In inglewood, The few times i have seen him before have been up around Londoderry and Northgate.
