Bridges in Maryland

I went on a big road trip last week, and while I was in Maryland I went for a drive to see these three historic covered bridges and snapped some photos with my truck.

All it is is a skinnier but taller tire. I had 255/85/16's on my Dodge.

Your truck is bad ***, Jacob. I love it! Very clean for being mostly stock.

Thanks. Thats how I like it. As my daily driver, most likely for years to come, I cant afford to do a ton of suspension mods to it, and I like a clean look that looks like it COULD be stock.

As for the tire it might actually be a 255/70/16 Im not sure i will have to look again. I just know they are 30X9s, and I want to go a lil bigger. But I gotta get a tuner first to straighten out my odometer.

They were taken just north of Frederick Maryland.

I am not sure, but I think they were built as covered bridges because of weather. Dont quote me on this, but I would assume since they were built before treated lumber processes were invented, it kept rain and wind from rotting away at the lumber. I may be wrong. These bridges were actually pieced together from remains of other bridges. There at one time were apparently over 50 across Maryland, and these are the last 3.

Yeah My tires are 255/70. Type O in my sig.

So crank the t-bars and put in a set of aal's and drop shackles. That's less than $200.

Tbars cranked, AALs installed. No schackles. And I dont think the tbars are cranked fully, so I could go higher. I like where it sits right now, just need some bigger meats. My tires only have 15000 on them so far, and I want to do some other things first. I need a tuner bad, and Im gonna buy a bluetooth adapter for my head unit.
Gonna save up and get wider rims and tires all at the same time.
