3 days of rain and a week later, this was what i had to drive through to get to my shop



i almost got stuck, i couldnt see the lines in the road so i ended up on the shoulder, dirt sitting in 2 ft water for a week gets soft, but this was the shallower part

we went to a place called the compound when we went north for a weekend away, and did some trailriding in my old stomping grounds

lol i remember 2 years ago it flodded in napa where im from and this guy had a stupid high lifted silverado and was tryin to drive across and the cops told him not to go but he figured they couldnt follow him to the other side ... he gets 3/4 way across and the water got too high so he had to come back .... truck ended up gettin impounded and he got a $300 ticket

rearend is less then a yr old, thanks to a friend of mine and a curb, so i havent beut the beginning of november is when i am flushing the radiator, changing the tran fluid and filter, and the diff fluid

 

You could send some of that rain up here, we need it badly.

 

i went out to holeylands last night, a place down here in the everglades and its so wet, the deer are like sitting all over the levi, you can have some of this rain

 

I loove when it floods up. I was going through publix like crazy, they have no drains so it was amazingly wet! it was about a foot below my floorboards in some areas...

That water is pretty crazy. we;ve been getting rain pretty good in Palm Beach county too but its draining off, Not stading around like that !

And just so you know, The Holeylands,Rotenberger, and Everglades areas down there are all still closed and they are writing tickets. You can access on foot to fish but not by vehicle it says on FWC's website.

yea but they allow airboat launches, i was watching the weather b4 i go, cause i know even if ther is a 1% chance of rain FWC wont venture out there hehe but we saw alot of deer that night

 

I hope you're not thinking about taking your truck off the levee because you wont make it very far........... i do miss taking the atv's out there every weekend though, that place is ****ing amazing.
