Colorado snow pics

The Denver area got its first major snow yesterday and today. We got between 12-26 inches in the surrounding Denver area. I got about 16"+ where I live and work.

There is a little off road/play area behind my work. I tried to crawl up the hill a few times but couldnt make it. The hill was to steep and the snow mud didnt let it happen. There where a couple other rigs there with M/T's that did it after a few runs. When its dry I can do it all day long. The hill itself is about 15 feet tall so you can imagine how steep it got.

This is the deepest snow I have had the Nitto TG's in and they did great. I recommend them in the snow.

And the other foot can be sent my way. Cause our body shop at work could use some work and no one can drive in snow here so then we have lots of work...

HAHAHAHAHAH You're so funny...., but looks aren't everything. I think I'll manage.

In all seriousness though, if I had 12" of snow I couldn't get out of my drvieway even if I had 4wd.

ha sorry felt like poking fun at your lack of transfer case lol but really that much snow its tough unless your already moving and on a completely flat surface there is only so much ground clearence can help you with

You are right... I stopped alot in alot of places to test my tires.

I believe that a good set of tires goes ALONG way. If I had street tires there is no way I would have gone threw this.

No problem, I get it all the time. If we ever got that much snow around here I think the town would shut down. I know I couldn't drive safely down my road and getting to work would be a real challenge on these winding mountain roads.

Looks like fun. Golden got about 32 inches. Maybe I will snap some pics tomorrow before work.

Roads were terrible on the way home from work tonight. After melting today, the temperature dropped to about 20 degrees and the roads froze over. I was doing about 40-45 all the way back.
