I like the bumper period. And I know you're not quite done with it, so it should look even better when you are. That little bit of painting you did really sets it off. I think it looks better than ever now. Good work.

I know his plans!! hahaha.

All i'm gonna say is why would he spend so much work mounting up the front bumper if he's just going to have to do that crap again after lifting it....

Enough said.

Anyway on a positive note, I did work on the truck today. Got the last 2 braces welded on and got the fog lights on. Two brackets are bolted on and two brackets are welded on. Now I need to get them wired up(hopefully this weekend). Ran out of time to make the pieces to fill in the gaps today.

I want a locker and will get one sooner or later, probably around the same time I regear.

Thanks for the comments guys.

That is some good flex, especially 2wd.

I think what is getting me with the bumper is that the top bar doesn't match with the hood line, it is just a bit low. So if you have to redo the brackets anyway I would try and match the hood line with the top bar and chop off those side bars
Kind of like this, I'm not the best photoshopper especially without photoshop haha

What he said makes perfect sense.

Why would I spend so much time and work on mounting the front bumper if I am going to turn around and have to redo it after a BL?

i have to say it i hate the front bumper on your truck i would of cut it so the grill would of fit down in like a stock bumper, that this a point less bumper you cant use it to get up over **** like you could of you had 4wd

Glad the carnage was an easy fix. Didn't know you were 2wd. Nice flex.

Yeah What? You made no sense. How is a winch bumper pointless for a 2WD. If he gets stuck he can use the winch to get out. Same with any truck a winch will get you out if you get stuck.

man, haha you all are rough haha.

that one shot above with the sides of the brushguard cut off looks awesome.

How exactly did you mount it? did you use the stock ears? someone i know used the stock ears for one, got a hard yank from someone and tore the crossmember out. i had to beef mine up with some plate just to be on the safe side. (i want mine to be able to dangle from the winchline haha.

i cant get my truck to flex that much, its annoying. locker would be perfect though

It's mounted to the cross member in 3 place on each side.
