The Jeep is titled as a 1960 but the previous owner believes its a 59 and may even be a 58. Its got a 4.1l cadillac v6, 2" lift with rancho shocks, 33" m/ts (the spare is an old *** cooper discoverer stt), locked all the way around, ramsey pto winch

Plans include stereo, cb, air compressor, upgraded batt / alt / inverter, hitch, painted bedliner interior (with carpet for sound deadening), tow bar for flat towing.

Anyways on to my truck .......... i decided to mount some seats in the back of the ****er, who needs a crew cab?

Just kidding, the seats are out of a Nissan Pulsar NX and are going to replace the worn out *** ones in the jeep.

And on to my newest on sometimes mod ...........

Yes it doesnt fit good, im pretty sure its made for a toyota .... but guess how much it cost?

FREE

I dont plan to have this on the truck often but i am camping next 2 weekends in a row, broke a pole on the truck tent, and will be arriving at my destinations late at night ... so this seemed like a fine solution ... i just gotta clean out the window tracks for the sliders in the back they don't move too easy, already got all the cobwebs and spiders out of it, threw a tree freshner in it... lil extra security for the mtn bike too, (still lock it with a cable on the inside)

Any of you guys get used shells and need parts PM "Hitch" he sold me the clamps and weather stripping i needed.

Enjoy.

most guys hate em cause you gotta have someone in the jeep running the motor / clutch and someone else running the winch, but its not bad at all.

You basically put the transfer case in neutral and engage the winch then your trans is just running the winch.

yea my dads jeep buddies say its rubicon ready as is, but more skids / sliders are on the way

i just hope my dad actually takes the ****er out .... 4 years ago he bought a 85 4runner 3" lift on 31s and i **** you not it never left the pavement ... so i tell him we should sell it, he goes i got too much money into it ... ended up breaking even cause it was a highly sought after year (last solid axle)

I like the Jeep. It looks good. I don't like the way the cap looks on the truck. I like clean matching lines.

i dont like the cap either but it will serve my needs and i dont plan to have it on that often, but it is going to save me over $400 when i attend a friends wedding in yosemite in december because i can just sleep in the back in the parking lot rather than having to hotel it ... it is however on craigslist up for straight trade for a ranger cap so we will see what happens there.

(i have cold weather gear before someone throws that in there)

dad has no plans to lift more, and from what i understand to lift more than it already is it would need whats called a spring over conversion which requires a bit of fabbing.

Im hoping if and when he actually wheels it when it rubs and wont flex he will downgrade to some 32s
