dropped it like its hot
Yeah you can replace just that section of line. It's only the rubber or plastic protective coating....around the cable there's a steel sleeve...so that cable should be good to go as far as usability.
and sorry for the thread jack, but this is probably really good info to have for the flipped axle guys.
So I kinda read through this thread briefly... I have to say I like the look of your truck dropped like that. Even with those rims, though I've always had a soft spot for 'em.
Also, I was gonna say to Smakes, why don't you just disassemble the sway-bar if you're gonna ship it? It'd fit in a long box pretty well in 3 pieces, I'd think. Just a thought...
Anyway nice drop. I would drop mine if I didn't like driving over stuff so much. lol

Wrap it in bubble wrap and tape and hand it to UPS. I'm sure they would ship it..?
i dont HAVE to ship you a dam thing lol
i could be a nice guy and take time out of my day to go pull one and then ship it to you, for a nominal price that is
but now i see billy reading the thread, wich makes me think hes gonna want me to ship him a 1" bar aswell

hahahaha. Sancho....you should totally get a 4x4 front sway bar. I drove grants last night, something he NEVER lets me do, and oh my lord!!! That thing handles the curves soooo effin' good!! 4x4 front sway + 3/4 bII rear....mind you...this is without a bed even. Doesn't like bumps all to well having no weight back there, but oh my that thing STOPS LIKE A MOTHER!!! His project thread will be updated in a few days.

and which 4x4 bar are you guys talkin about? ranger, b2, explorer?
well i guess my rangers gettin jacked tomorrow lol...considering i dont even run my endlinks on it.
Who says a trailer hitch has no place on a lowered truck?
Looking good, just zip tie the e-brake cable to the axle so it doesn't hit the exhaust, or chop the exhaust off, and you're golden! Bet it feels really low now driving it, that will go away, and then you'll have to drop it again.
