F150 doing some light work

Had to pick up some lumber today to start on the house because they pushed my delivery back until Tuesday. Alittle chilly this morning and now is raining so getting off to a slow start lol. But did get the top plate on and got the basement laid out...

Yes there just foam concrete forms, alittle more expense but you don't have to frame out or insulate the basement then, the dry wall just hangs right on that then. Most of the houses around here use it now....

Heck yes! So much easier!

If you need help through the finish stage, let me know. I might need some work, lol. Plus, it would be fun as hell!

I'd help with framing, but I don't like framing, lol.

I like framing, finish work takes way to long. I hope to be setting rafters next weekend, but its suppose to rain Sunda/Monday, I don't have power either yet cause the electric company dropped the ball with the trenching company to get the lines run in the neighborhood should be Monday/Tuesday. But my floor trusses are coming Monday sometime, cause there coming out of South Dakota and the rafters come Friday now so we will see. Have a long week ahead of me thats forsure. I hope to get my cousins old dry wall crew to come up out of Denver, because they've been calling bagging for work lol.
