A few basic mod's, made big difference..

Well after the past few months of my door speakers rattling (due to gravel roads, offroading and what not) I decided to take the door panels off and tighten the speakers, little did I know that when the speakers were installed like 4 years ago, the speaker "dust" filter, or SOUND filter" was still on the inside panel infront of all 4 speakers.. so I took them all off, and wow, what a difference, now it is much more clear as well as no rattles! Literally couldn't even see myself in the mirror with these held up to my face..that bad! Then the other day I cut a piece of actual wood out to cover my ipod in my expo console instead of the flimsy piece of cardboard i had previous to this..

Ya, I am pretty happy with it.. having that cover allows me to still put my blackberry in there while I'm driving, and not being cluttered with the ipod..

Looks good. Did you do anything to keep the wood up off the ipod?
