A few new pics

I had some time during work the other day to work off and on on my tail lights to get them nightshaded. I bought a can on VHT Nightshade from MS performance (which was cheaper than Ebay) and got straight to work after lunch. I think they turned out very nice. I wet sanded them with a 600 grit very lightly until the entire surface was nicely scuffed, followed by 4 coats of nightshade. This week I'll be clearing them and wet sanding them again with about a 1500 grit. But here they are as of now, def makes a difference in a car's appearance (if done correctly) if you ask me. I also did the 3rd brake light and the rear bumper inserts. I also just picked up some Kenny Brown sub-frame connectors, so I should be installing them here pretty soon!

Yea, this is my 3rd Mustang. I like this one way better than the other two since both of the others were GT's and this is a true Cobra. Oh yea, forgot to mention that I also just installed an Edlebrock Performer RPM II upper and lower intake.

Don't feel bad, most people don't know too much about the 94-95 Cobras ( mines a 94 with 96-98 tails ).

94-95 do not have the "Cobra" hood, they have a Mustang emblem in the grill instead of a Cobra, they also have a rear bumper that just says "MUSTANG" instead of "COBRA". The 8th VIN of my car is the letter "D" which states from Ford that it's a Cobra. Look at the front brakes as well, they are the 13" Cobra brakes. However, they were lucky enough to get the Cobra front bumper though. Cobra headlights are the diamond clear, but the corners are not. You can also tell by the rear spoiler as well which is different than the GT one since it has the brake light molded into it and it also has a different design to it. And I also pulled the valve covers the other day when I was installing the intake manifold just to make sure, and yes it had the Crane Cam 1.7 roller rockers that ford installed in the 94-95 Cobras

Nice man. I thought those were the 96-98 tails. They look really good expecially with the niteshade.

Evan, you're gay for not wanting to come down.

I plan on just getting the Cobra rear bumper, but getting a cowl hood with about a 2" rise to clear my intake a little better. My next plan for the car is to re-do my truck just like I had in my old Mustang. The picture below is what I'm going to be doing, but a lot more "sneaky" to hide the nitrous this time. I'm gonna run a fogger system and everything will be hidden, even the bottle.
