You're from Michigan so you can understand the purpose of a winter cap though, right? And which Emblem? The one in the grille? Its a like it or not deal some like me like it and the others do not.

I like it. The cap looks good. It is all about function and rangers are not big trucks so the more room you can get the better. I'm looking to get a cap to gain some space in the bed even though I have a style side. Those wheels match the truck good also.

I think it looks really good. Like the cap and the emblem would grow on me. Very nice truck imo and yes the cap would be amazing in the winter.

It does grow on you, when I first did it I couldn't decide if I liked it, now I wouldn't have it any other way. But its easy to change too, so I can go back to even instead of diagonal anytime

If I also lived in Florida like you that would make sense, but for snow free hauling in Minnesota winters the cap makes sense, just ask my dog.

You're not supposed to do any cutting, however to make it look cleaner I dremeled out the honeycomb. And no it is an easy install. Oh and yes it came with instructions.

I got the cap for a steal, and the black matches the two tone theme that my truck has inside and out. I was going to repaint it but decided that would be too much Az Beige, then thought about rhino line it too but that is just not cost effective.

Out of place (maybe since its only October), but definitely serves its purpose when we get dumped on with the snow. I think over all the rig looks really decent.

Yeah I go back and forth on that, that's what makes them nice though is there are easy to take off or put back on like I have done a few times.

It took me a while to find this one. The "Hammer Head" style like this one are hard to find up here, especially in this condition unless you drop close to a grand for a new one, and the new ones no longer have the blindspot windows like mine.
