GF's New SUV (non Ford)

After searching for a cheap reliable car for her I came across this 96 XJ for $800 bucks, needs a fender and a headerpanel assembly. 162k on the clock and service records from 96. remote started keyless entry fully loaded. anyways here are the pics.

Future mods will be 3.5 inch Rubicon express lift with 31x10.5x15 BFG AT's. and ofcourse new fender and front parts from certifit.

Love thoes XJs. I use to have an 88. Beat the hell out of it and it never left me sitting. Leaked a lil oil and thats it. I had a Rustys 3" lift with a BB 2" on top of that, 31" Claws. It was mean. Thats a good find for only $800. Check out Rustysoffroad.com. They have a lot of stuff for them. Good prices and quality parts.

Nothing wrong with her "bumper". Nice find, those jeep parts sure are cheap. Fit that 4.0 with a mustang tb and a cai, and youll be happy as hell.

yea these engines are supposed to go a long time. i have been on jeepsunlimited.com and they have members with over 400k on these engines. so im hoping with a girl driving it and me taking good care of it, it will last a long time.

How many people do you know who would get upset if you called their girlfriend hot?

Now if that was his mother, that might be a different story!

I really like that high-tech headlight retention system!

Nice find! Jeep looks pretty clean other than the damage.

I love those things, I'd gladly buy one as a beater any day. Gotta ditch those tires ASAP though, lol.

Why would a girl driving it help it last longer? The front end is just gonna look like that again soon.

I kid, I kid. *puts flamesuit on*
