I took the tow hooks out, put the hitch behind the front crossmember and secured it. Bought a receiver that you would put a ball in and tow a trailer, and welded it to a winch mount from a ram bar. Yes, I call them Ram Bars haha. Then just hooked it all up.

I'm sure my roomate will get stuck with his 2wd again next time we go trailing hehe

I cannot wait to go somewhere were i will actually need one! I have yet to find Anything that i cant get through in 4hi. Its amazing what a little more ground clearance and 35" MT's will do lol..

Well this one is mostly for pulling ppl out of the ditch, myself if I get stuck (rarely happens) and my roomate when he gets his 2wd ranger stuck (always happens) lol

^haha.. Around here we have mostly red clay crap..the only place local to go is the CTS site( old humvee training cource) its all red clay.. It has some deep water hols, but thats about it, not alot of thick gewy mud. Now when i get to florida, im sure things will change and i will get an ego check lol

or, you may find that lots of North Florida, Alabama, and Georgia is riddled with that very same red clay...

Thanks everyone! I'll get more pics of the winch, mounting plate etc. and of the truck cause it's so sexay! haha

Joe, I'll stick to trails that won't put any more dents on my 08 but I'll gladly pull you out the lake christy :D
