well i have been having some issues with the 2001 as of late, and actually had to cancle my camping trip to washington, and i ended up buying this

after getting the heads switched over


and wheels,a nd tires, and a stereo switch over




a sad sight, how the 01 sits right now, next week sometime gonna get the drop switched over





its a shame i have to lose the steelies, i love how it looks on a lowered truck, but what a pain to drive that 06 with the stock wheels, with stock size tires, her **** was all over the place, but its a ton better with the 16's, i'm still stealing my sway bar off the 01, along with the hitch



and for the purist, yes i know it has a 2004-2005 grille, but i am actually digging the grille

OMG nooooo, I LOVED your 01. it was one of my favorite rangers when i got into this scene. are going to sell it?

 

yeah, it needs a few things, and just figured to get rid of it, and figured i'd start with a clean slate, and go the direction that i should have gone with in the first place... soon when i get my settlement it will be 4/5, but for now i will have to be content with 2/3 with a rear sway bar

and actually it was down to this one,a nd a 2003 3.0L steppie



although i loved the idea of a 03 V6 steppie, but the negatives really outweighed the positives with that truck... the 03 looked like ****, it spent all its life except the last 2 years in new mexico, so the paint was all scaling off the hood, and roof. the engine looked like someone puked on it, interior was thrashed... the positives: low miles at 73K, and a stepside bed... i got this one for $100 less, you do the math

its all on how you drive it, i get a little better since i don't weight as much as your extended cab does
