08 3rd brake light isn't any different, lol

 

ok, what i did....... i got an all red 3rd brake light from a friend for free, and i took my recon 3rd brake light apart,a nd gonna combine the 2

 

Sorry Duders...i was talking about the '08 super duty thirds. Mine is off an 06 and looks just like the '08 super duty ones....can't even order the thing from the dealer...quite odd. Part number off the lamp matches the stock ranger one with cargo lamps and/or the number is replaced by the old style one. Found that out the hard way(see pic...bottom is a brand spankin' new third from the dealer for $50!)

Top: 05+ish Super Duty(defn '08)
Bottom: Stock Ranger/older Super Duty
