Yup, say hello to my new rig, I'll miss my Ranger.
Jen and I got this last week and I didn't know if I would say anything or not. I must say, this thing is really peppy. Going from a 5 speed manual to a 6 speed manual is definitely weird, I can't even tell you how many times I've tried going in reverse only to have it in 5th gear.
Here's the photos, enjoy.

I have already claybared it, and thrown on a cleaner wax and sealer and glaze
Sorry my friend.

Just screwin with ya, I still got the Ranger, it was in the background (see pic) the Liberty is the new wifeymobile.

Well, I'm not particularly a fan of the 3.7 at all because they suck in the Ram trucks and Grand Cherokees and make the firewall rattle on the Dakotas but they do run really good and have no problems in the Liberty for some reason. I only have one tip for you. CHANGE YOUR OIL FAITHFULLY! The 3.7s and 4.7s are great for sludging up when people stop changing their oil. Aside from that, there is an issue with the valves carboning up if you run crappy fuel so I'd recommend the old Seafoam treatment once in a while on it. And don't do anything stupid with it because when water gets in the spark plug tubes it causes hell. But those are the only quirks that engine has and they are pretty much all owner induced. Otherwise the motors have been really solid for anybody who knows how to take care of them.

Don't bother, I can drive up and kick him for both of us, lol!
Seriously, you had me going. I was a BIT surprised to see a Liberty replacing the Ranger though -- thought you'd at least have a Wrangler of some kind or an XJ or something with a solid front axle, lol.
Nice car for the wifey. Got mine an Escape (which she loves) for similar reasons: reliable and can drive well through almost anything the street can throw at it.

Glad I had you going, that means I did good. As for a replacement for the Ranger... I'm hoping to drive the Ranger for the rest of its life, its treated me well.
Jen really likes the Liberty, it took a while to grow on her though.
