Well number one thing I can see as a problem is the rear shackle mounts are broken. That is why the back is so low compared to the front. You NEED to do those mounts. The dorman ones at AZ are $15 USD a piece. The shackles themselves are $35 USD. You can probably snag some stock used but in good condition ones from someone here. I wish I would have. If you take a look under there you will see the leaf spring is resting on the inside of the bed or on a broken mount.

They aren't hard to change really. Just need a grinder and a socket set.

Hold on, let me post a side picture. The bed of the truck isn't really all that low, I was just standing on a snowbank when I took the picture.

I think that's the lowest assuming 'stock' ranger I've ever seen... My stock 2wd was just barely under a stock 4by. I would've towered over that.

thats only about as high my grandpas 98 XLT 2wd sits

Oh yeah bad camera angle. Yeah the wheels look like 14s with undersized tires. My 2000 with 15s and 235s towered over that.
