When I hovered over the link to the thread and saw it said you painted the rockers I was expecting it to look crappy, but it came out looking pretty decent. Not bad

hey ty what paint did you use for the interior pieces? and what process did you go through? sand and paint or just paint? clear? and what paint you use?

 

i used the little cans of duplicolor that matched my color code. sanded sanded sanded. then painted and cleared. tons of coats of each. lol

what grit you sand with??? my truck is white and interior is grey and black?? what you think would look good

 

nope haha got another ticket though but im buying some probly tomorrow

 

use 180 grit to get the rubber crap off than use 320 to smooth out the rough from the 180 did that on my inside door handles looks good and smooth

i sanded with some 400 then some 800 to smooth it out some

 

after paying all these tickets i could have bought 2 sets by now

 

you should start a thread and see if you can get some pics that other peoople have done or see if they can photoshop some pics for ya. white would probably look good. or a nice glossy black

 

i did my buddies white ranger (white)and i did white inside....very nice and it came out really clean
