I thought both trucks deserved some modding

So, I did some work on both my Ranger and my Bronco today. Both got some audio upgrades.

I originally had the 2 12's and amp in my Bronco before I bought the Ranger. I transferred them, thinking I was going to sell the Bronco, but decided to keep it. So its been rolling around with a stock stereo for awhile now. I don't drive it often, but I sure missed having a good system in there.

A buddy of mine is selling his truck, and offered me his system for a steal of a price. Also picked up his high lift jack for a cheap price.

Stuff going into the Ranger...

All back together. I also took the CB out and it went back into the Bronco. I will be getting a smaller one for the Ranger soon.

I picked up a Kenwood KDC-X395 headunit for the Bronco. Its part of the Excelon series, and i'm pretty pleased with it. Audio store I bought it from took 45 bucks off, so I got it for about 110 after tax.

Nice work. I have the X794, another in the Exceleon series and its been great for me as well. Never really looked hard a Kenwood before but it definitely changed my mind.

nice! i found out earlier that my bronco is "semi-rare" because its a sport (an edge of the bronco world) with everything including the grille colormatched. I was going to trade grilles and bumpers with some guy but he told me and asked if i wanted to do it lol i might keep it the way it is now but not sure haha

I too never thought about Kenwood until today. The guy gave me a helluva deal, and I couldn't pass it up. I'm sure it will work great.

You could always swap it out and keep them in the garage incase you want to swap back or need to. James, I'm liking your bronk.

yeah they only came in 92 though and if i had that it would be really rare lol oh well. off topic, what size tires are you on? im going to downgrade from the 33s cuz they're too big for the 2.5" lift and they're just about shot anyway

91 and 92. I'm on 33x12.50x15's with 15x8 wheels. I can't remember the backspacking...3.75 maybe. No rubbing, but if I went any bigger of a tire, or wider of a wheel i'd have some issues.
