Thanks, the flag was in my room for a while, I just got the antenna. And the tire, well it was either nail a Town Car or nail a curb, I chose curb.

Yea, it is. I need to repaint it in spring, it came out a little too shiny.

 

cool...yeah i just didn't remember if yours came black or not. i'm heavily comtemplating get the interior out of a 05 level 2....complete dash swap and interior swap. only think i'd need to paint are my A-pillars since in '03 they changed the holes in the cab. decisions decisions....


oh yeah...that tire looks just like one of my 215/60r15's on my chevy....now the tread is splitting and you can see the cords. lol.

 

The place I got the from is shipping me a new one soon, I just cant wait till they get here.

Can I ask what the tail light mod was? I am not sure I understand what you did. Did you put in different tails?

 

The bottom light used to be a reflector, I just need to put in a brighter LED.

Yea, I'd rather spend $150 on a new tire than at least $500 on just my deductible. And as far as the light mods, this is what I did:

Got a question for ya: How did you run the coax from your cab to the antenna? I'd much rather have my antenna mounted on the rear then on the front, but I don't want to drill a hole in my cab if I don't have to. Did you run it by the frame or something?

 

Thanks, I had to be nice after the beating I gave it, lol. For now I have it going through the door jam for the rear door, I plan on getting a longer cable and running it under the truck through a grommet on the firewall.

 

I redid the taillight mod using sockets that take a standard 3157 bulb, so now they're brighter and will flash with the turn signals. I'll get piics once I get my LEDs in.

 

Nice... I like the flag on the antenna... nice touch
