Yea it's cool. I live in a very small town so when I go around the block or down the street, it's like 1/2 a mile. There's no chance of getting pulled over.

No it's not cool. Just because you don't think you'll get pulled over doesn't make it right.
Any number of things can happen on a public road with other idiots, and not being licensed or insured is completely retarded.

No I understand it's stupid. But I only go out if I have to. When I went to take these pictures it was all back roads and half of it was in my neighborhood. All those "bad thoughts" of an accident happening or getting pulled over goes through my head every time I go out.

That doesn't count as going out. It's connected to my neighborhood. No main road driving to be done there.
