just showin off(my car)(DUW)

this has been a nearly two year build. lots of mods no one will ever see, and lots more needed in places they can....built to drive, not to show. fired it off 5/17 at 10:30p, worked out a few bugs, and she is runnin strong now.

yesterday, i spent most of my afternoon cleanin the 2yrs of crud off the car. all i have to say is: Simple Green FTMFW!!

so since she is all clean, and waxed, i thought id show her the town and get some pics. of the 41 pics i took, these are the best

well i guess that is your prerogative, but IMO the only things a mustang is good for would be as a suspension/brake donor, and for building up the aftermarket supply of parts.
  • 99 cobra donated my IRS
  • 95 mustang supplied my front spindles and brake booster
  • 94 cobra gave up its master cylinder
  • 00 cobraR donated my rear springs
  • 04 cobra supplied my front brakes and shocks/struts
my front seats are from an 87 saleen. my tubular kmember/LCAs/coilover kit, and my 6pt bolt-in roll bar are all mustang application parts.

the overpasses in the pics were built last year in anticipation of an annex to the airport. they are not open yet; notice no paint lines on the pavement even. it was 7pm.

thanks for all the compliments guys!!

Well just be glad mustangs are around otherwise the aftermarket for the tbirds wouldn't be there Personally I just like mustangs better. It was my first go fast car and I will have another again pretty soon probably. I wouldn't mind getting an old t-coupe as a toy.

This was my first mustang

Love the car man! looks like a mean driver. I've always loved these cars.

I remember my high school girlfriend bought one of these new, and we damn near drove the doors off!

Dial it in, and then post some numbers!
