Hey guys. I bought a white faced cluster from Hooligan a little while ago and I finally got it in. It is modded with leds. Sorry I don't have any night time pics yet. I'm just really anxious to show it off.

i didnt put it in. i dropped my truck off at the famiy mechanic last week to have some work done and i figured while he was workin on it i woud have him put that in as well. i am 90% sure it is a diect plug-in. the slot in the back for the plug looks the same.

 

Hooligan is selling one. im sure for a couple dollars more he would led it for you.

 

95-03 Ranger clusters are a direct plug in as well as 95-01 Explorers, 95-04 Expo Sports and 01-04 Sport Tracs. I have an 01 Sport Trac cluster, plugged right in. Just check all the lights before you put it in. I found out my airbag indicator light was burnt out after I swapped clusters so I had to pull it again. Frustrating :(

Not sure yet. Gotta wait til its dark. I'll post pics in an hour or two.

 

sorry but no pics tonight. my phone wont take a good pic. i also just got done swapping out my HVAC unit bulbs with leds. by the way the cluster is green.

 

95-97 may require some repinning for a couple of the idiot lights and possible changing of the water temp gauge. other than that, direct swap.

hurly, it looks good. be careful with the hooligan mods as they can become addictive! can't wait to see the "other" mod going in!

Looks good man!! The LED's are Green plug ins, hopefully the green will keep the hot spots down but they light up bright!
