You should grab some SEM 39103 which is a Satin Black Bumper coat, that stuff works GREAT.
Give the plastic a quick wipe with lacquer thinner and a rag before spraying.
Local Autobody Supply shops carry it.
Some NAPA's do as well too.

Me either but I'm not looking at it. I guess it's different cus you sit higher, you would see it more than me.
