Little Ranger and 'Cuda pic

Let them get a little close today, not too close though. Naturally the Ranger was a little over-shadowed in the pics...lol. Was a nice morning, took the 'Cuda out for a little Sunday tear around town. Probably end up in Casselberry tonight for a little cruise in with the Overhaulin' Challenger

I bought the 'Cuda when I was 17, so lets see..it'll be four years come November. Dang time is flyin! Daily drove it for two years in Vegas, until I moved to Florida. Too much rain, high fuel prices and lack of a/c to keep daily driving it here!

You think your 13 second 'Cuda is slow? **** that beats 95% of the import crowd's times.

Yea... It's only runnin a mild 318 for a engine. I have a mopar 360 shortblock i'll toss a couple bucks at and get it running well. Next mod to it is going to be a Keisler Tremec TKO 5-speed swap kit though. I'll be saving for AWHILE to do that to it ($5000kit!). It's got a nasty automatic in it right now, but I need the third pedal...5speed is the way to go. So I might be running the 360 for awhile. 360 will be real mild, should be good for mid 12s just running some magnum heads and a good roller cam...and it will be a blast to drive around town in with a 5spd!!

Very nice plan, I'm really jealous of your car. Especially when the TKO goes in it.

Right on, always like Cougars. We have a '68 mustang in the garage as well. Tinkering on it here and there...gonna sell it fairly soon though. 289/C4

paid $650 for it as is with a new hood, new front/rear valances, door panels and some other stuff. Body needs a few random patches, no full panels need replacing which is odd. Ah well
