A little visual update

So for those that haven't followed me on other forums, or social networks... I've made a few changes to the ranger.

Biggest change was this:

Then I bought some 12,000k headlights just for fun... This was taken before work at 5am with the fog so it was kinda cool:

Then I got me a steal on some 16x10 Eagle alloy's... I've been looking for these wheels to pop up on Craigslist for over 2 years. And finally found them, all 5 of them for $200. Just had to polish them, which I spent about an hour doing before I had them mounted with my Toyo's. Then spent another $75 for M&B and boom. There's also a few pics showing the headache rack finished up with the lights.

Next thing I did was installed the dash bezel from a 01 Expo sport, with the silver surround. So now the whole dash is all silver.

And my most recent mod came with the help from Jp7 and his L1224R bulbs. It took about 2 hours of modding the sockets and about an hour of modding the tail light pigtail to work with the 3rd bulb LED mod I also have done.

And the last mod.... 06 Corners!

I also went back to all amber front again... Just got tired of the clear. So the red and white 3157 63-led bulbs are for sale!

Enjoy guys and tell me what you think.

I'd sell both sets... both 3157 white and red for $45 shipped. They go for $50 a pair online and you'd be getting 2 pairs. I would say they're pretty bright Billy... Only problem with them that is kinda personal preference, they're REALLY bright as a running light and only a few levels brighter as a brake light... Where as the L1224R's are the opposite... They're not super bright as a running light, but when you hit the brakes, it's like BAMMMM in yo face!

They're pretty cool though! Lemme know if you wanna test em out Billy...

Oh and Steven, I sold them for $325 to a guy around town. So I made money going to these wheels and tires!

Thanks Mike! Truth is, I don't like black on trucks... I really think it looks tacky and cheap... But that's just me. Plus I wanted a wider wheel, and the 16x10's make the tire appear bigger and more full. I think the polished goes better with the direction of the truck, ya know? I loved the same set of wheels I had on my 2wd in a 15... Even better, I have them in 16's now!

Eh, I wasn't a fan of the bar when I first bought the truck, but then it grew on me and I love itl. Not many rangers have them, at least near me and They hold my PIAA's and keep the front end clean! I could make something, but right now, this isn't costing me anything to have on and it's functional and looks good to me! And I don't like Bull bars, They look cheap, IMO.

Haha I was waiting for someone to say something about those 2! The vette is my roommates. It was a promise him and his dad made when he made it into Pharm school here at OSU. 05 Vette 6spd loaded, $32k cash. lol

The hookah is ours too.... We make our own hoses and I've made a few additions to it that set it apart from all other hookahs, smoking wise. It burns for hours... It's awesome!

BTW, I want your 3.0L ranger... It's pure sex.
