A little whoring of my new alcoas!

Picked up a set of alcoas they are missing 2 center caps but I got them for $200 and they are in excellent condition so i wasn't complaining. I am going to take the weights off and get them weighted on inside when i get tires mounted. Now i need to find some new caps for them, looking at getting something different than the stock ones if i can find something cool that will fit.

Those polished ones are nice!!! I was considering either polishing mine or possibly getting them powdercoated black. But they are in too nice shape to go messing with, so I will wait untill they are showing a little more wear and tear before i worry about refinishing them.

Thanks, I am waiting on new rubber now, going to go tire shopping when i get paid next Friday, so hopefully next weekend they will be on the truck! Im was planning on some Wrangler Duratrac's but just saw that Canadin Tire has Goodyear Territories on sale and am considering these as well. Its a Canadian tire exclusive goodyear, they look prettty b/a.

They are clearcoated also. I don't think they would polish, but in order to do so you would have to strip the clear.

Soon enough I was waiting for Fountain tire to have their sale on the 14th, but Canadian tire is having a sale on goodyear territories this week, i may go tonight and take a look at them. But I still half bent on getting some dura-trac's.

I noticed that today when i was cleaning them up. I need to touch up the clear where they clamped the wheel weights onto the outside lip, dummies!! whats the easiest way to take wheel weights off without doing much damage?

proabaly going to be pretty hard to do. i dont mind weights on the outside, i never notice them, and the weights that stick on in the inside dont work the greatest. they get the job done but not as good as the outside ones. but nice find, cant wait to see them!!!!
