Alrighty, it has been a couple of minutes with no response. I am truly sorry I have to do this, but I hate bull****ters.

The Ford Cologne 2.9L V6 is a 60° cast iron block V6 engine built by the Ford Motor Company in Cologne, Germany, hence the name
Ford Ranger/Bronco II 2.9 liter Engines

The Ford Vulcan V6 is a 3.0L, 60° V6 engine, first introduced for the 1986 model year and originally designed to be the optional engine in the Ford Taurus and Mercury Sable. In 1991 it became available in the Ford Ranger where it replaced the Cologne 2.9 engine (which it is not related to) as the base V6 in the Ranger

And finally

The 4.0L version, although produced in Cologne like the 2.8L and 2.8L, was only fitted to American vehicles. The pushrod OHV engine was produced until 2000 and was used in the Ford Explorer and Ranger. Output was 160 hp and 225 ft·lbf. Though there is some variation, typically 155 hp is quoted as horsepower for 1990 - 1992 applications.

Last but not least
These motors are commonly referred to as either the Lima or simply the 2.0, 2.3 or 2.5 OHC (Over Head Cam) engines. They started life based on the German designed 2.0 EAO sport motors that were first introduced to this country in the Mercury Capri’s from the early 1970’s. They share nothing with the 2.3 - 2.5 liter HSC motors that were offered in the passenger car line from 1984 - 1991.

Check and mate. Go take some pics of that rubberized interior, then I might actually not call you on everything.

Is it even worth it to prove this guy wrong on so many levels?

I guess I'm just speechless right now.

Hmm, really? Seeing how they build the Rangers and Mazdas in the same factories in Minnesota and New Jersey.

Mine was built in New Jersey.
