Mud carnage (9 Pix)
Mud carnage (9 Pix)
Well spring is finally here(sorta) and I got out muddin last weekend. My brother owns the gray Dodge. We finally teased him enough to take his street queen into the mud. He enjoyed alot but I don't think will do it again. The Dodge did pretty good climbing hills considering it had rather bald BFG's. My buddy is one in the F-250.

A locker and good muds takes you further than many expect. I would wheel Wharton with new folks sometimes and they only learned later that I was 2WD and were very surprised. Locker and mud tires doesn't make you invincible, but it surely do help, lol.
It was my first time getting that dirty and i learned something. When you turn on the windshield wipers all the mud piles up on the drivers side door jamb. Then when you go to open door then... *PLOOP* mud in the cab ;-C
Have you ever left your windows open and tried to back up? If you have wider tires and less backspacing so your tires stick out like mine always have, you'll have a nice layer of mud all over the dashboard, lol.
Don't ask me how I know. After that, I put in the auto up/down modules so I can just tap my window buttons once as I approach and both windows roll up automatically.

Only problem with rollin up and down your windows is that mud dries in the door and starts scratching the window :(

and i am loving it. That locker was huge help too
