My Beef Got Pow'd

Just got the bumper back from powdercoat.. Semi-Gloss (No need for high gloss, and flat woulda looked old.

Cost = Nada

Just need to get the tailgate that I designed built and then it will flow better.. but I think it looks good black. Once it warms up around here I will be painting the section of bed at the back that is white, BLACK to tie it in better

Ya I installed everything myself... only issues were seized bolts that took alot of heat and long breaker bars... as well with that much suspension lift.. I ran into vibration problems with my 2 piece rear driveshaft.. so I had a custom one piece made.. as well as a new lenngthened frotn driveshift... no REAL issues, just issues that made sense..

That looks solid man, looking at doing something similar. Are your tow shackles gonna beat the sh*t out of your beautiful paint job?

Naa, they don't swing all that much... I've lsitened as I go over bumps in the road, and they don't even hit the bumper.. if it becomes an issue... I'll just put a small adhesive pad on the one side of the shackle

looks good. one of my buddies did that to his old truck, but the only thing i dont like about it is the fact that it doesnt protect the bed corners.....but i love how it flows better....

looks sick man. wrap those shackles with some old hose and zip tie them. otherwise those things are going to bang that sweet new paint right off and start rustn. they dont move now, but they make some sweet music offroad

I think I MAY put a small strip of or circle of those things you put under chair legs on hardwood floors on the bottom part of the shackle.. should do the trick
