My newest mods

After sinking my truck in some water (check avatar and first pic) my carpet had to be removed. I figured why not herculine the floor and make a large floor mat out of the carpet for easy removal (pics to come later). Well that was over a year ago. I soon added herculined interior floor to my things to come list in my sig. I will finally be able to remove that. I have added things to my list and finished them all the while the herculiner stayed on there. To add to more of my procrastination I got a free half gallon of Herculiner from Doc in the summer. I finally busted the can open today and got the job done. It was a fairly easy job. Much easier than when I did the bed but I won't go into that. Onto the pics.

Notice how mangled the top of the can is. The herculiner sealed the lid to the can. It was impossible to get them apart.

I was very happy to be finally doing this.

Tied the wires up to keep them clean. But the tabs holding the harness to the floor all broke.

Finished product.

I recently picked up a set of driving lights for free from Brit_Ranger (great guy and amazing carpenter). I installed them last week but didn't get pics taken till today. They are very bright brighter than the high beams. Great for night time wheeling I can't wait to test them out. It also has 7 color LED halo that is a cool feature but I am going to be careful because I don't want a ticket.

Put them behind the grill.

Three new switches. The chrome one is for the other mod that doesn't really get any pics but was most important. I got a Griggs fan controller from Winks back in January. Winks is a good guy. I was lazy about installing it but got it done along with everything else. Thank you Winks and Griggs.

I will post a video of the lights when it finished uploading.

I hope you never want to convert that truck to a manual, you just sealed off the floor plate...

because rollon bedliner is the end of the world?

A simple razor blade would cut it right off

I do want to someday convert to manual. I didn't do a good job of prep around that area for that reason. It is tough stuff but I will cut it with a razor blade and take the plate out. And if worse comes to worse I will just get out the angle grinder.
