I couldn't just leave her go without one last time, so i went up to downey's and we hit some trails. the last time i ran these trails they were just slightly went, this time around, snow and ice covered 95 percent. made for an interesting time.

Trans took it pretty decent;had some minor issues with it and the door chime/door adjar doesnt turn off.

boy was it was fun time and thank god you were there to pull my *** out and some places was a foot plus of wet snow

transmission is going for the 5th time. i cant justify putting another trans in. plus i tow to much/haul. its just time to retire it.

 

have you ever considered a 5-speed swap? are the trans' you are putting in OEM or built?

 

5spd swap isnt worth the money to me. 4 of the trans were factory ford units brand new. current one was built.

110k on my truck and motor. theres only 44-45k on my trans.
