New headlights and fogs

I was wanting to put fogs on my truck but wasn't sure how to do it because I am going to lower it in a couple days so I can't do like a bull bar and I like my grill and with my grill I can't really put fogs behind it so I used the factory holes for the lisence plate and got a bracket and mounted the lights like that. I changed my regular headlights to a HyperWhite that like simulates a HID look oviously not as bright but they are cheap because I have a account with a lights place then I changed the regular bulb that came in the fogs to amber let me know what you think because I am still not sure if I am going to keep them. The flash kind of messed up the lighting but man they are bright and with my already bright headlights its pretty sweet.

nice rig. not feeling the off road lamps at all. something behind the grill or in the valence would have looked alot better.

I like the headlights I need to get a set!

here in PA you can't have foglights closer than 20 inches to each other unless they're covered for "off road use" only

if you want the same fog lights, i'd suggest spacing them out farther.
or, get some small rectangular thin fog lamps
or small round ones.
the ones currently on the truck remind me of buck teeth.

I would get a 4x4 valance of that generation and put some fogs on and that will really clean it up.

do not like how they currently are mounted looks as if you just threw on really quickly. Good luck on the lowering start soaking every bolt on the suspension with some pb blaster.

Lol yeah well thanks guys what I had in mind was kind of like the elinor kind of look it pulls off the big 5 in fogs close together like that I guess I am just trying to make the truck look tougher because people are always like aww its cute or ohh it so little and it bothers me lol. I was looking at the fog light valance that they made but I was not sure about clearance because it looks like it is a pretty good bit bigger and it is getting droped 3 inches in the front. I actually appreciate you guys being honest thats cool.

we get to much crap up here in winter to mount them like that here. I had a car I mounted them like that after one winter they were trashed I'd try them over the bumper and a little more spacing

I wasn't even aware of that "law" until we were in my buddys ram and got pulled over for headlight covers and off road lights that were "too close together"

I doubt any of them really care but it's somethin to add to the bill when you get ticketed for somethin else

I like the headlights. You need a 4x4(I think) valance foe them. As forthe tougher look have you considered different wheels, sorry, I have just never liked those wheels, not even on the Mustangs.

I really like your wheels actually, the whole truck looks awesome. im not sure off the top of my head how you might make it look tougher tho.. only thing that comes to mind is much wider tires, for an agressive stance... but thats expensive.

is there a different hood, like a powerdome you could run?
