Well looky what I picked up today after work. I found it on Craigslist last night and dang near fell off the couch, I couldn't believe I found it. Some might recognize it, Its HazzardJohn/G'sevo/Chads old cap. the one that has the Custom mounts that I added to it for the Yakima Rack I still own lol... Cant wait to get it painted and get the rack back on!

Just a shot in the dark...but what do you think about rolling with the black DSG theme? You have a powerdome don't you? I say paint it a special way to match the cap. I personally think that would be BA.

I went threw my mind for sure. but the cap has some nice scratches on it so i would rather just paint it to match to get rid of those

 

The one thats now mine. And the cap looks great i would love a rack for mine!!! And i wish i had pop out windows like that those are awesome.

I thought so. ya should be done in a week or so when ever i can get some time off work to drop it off, I usually get off when the body shop closes

HIGHLY small world. he traded his ranger in. this guy bought his ranger and still owns it. that truck is BEYOND beat now! he has had the cap off after 2 months of owning the truck thank god too other wise the cap would be destroyed

I have a Yakima megawarrior with spare tire mount sitting in my shed still for some reason. I can't convince myself to sell it back have no intentions of putting it to use. Weird huh?

Cap looks awesome. Here recently it seems as if i am starting to like caps. I used to HATE them. Maybe its just on ranger i like them :)

 

I wanted a Megawarrior on the cap with my 98 Ranger forever but I didn't have the money. I finally bought the rack when I had my sport trac, never put anything up there except the spare tire. lol

I would put it on the cap of the F150 (with a 20" extension) if I had a use for it here. I keep holding on to it because I know as soon as I sell it I will find a legitimate use. That's what I keep telling myself anyway.
