Oh, you have no idea how much I want to do one, haha. Finding the parts will be the hardest thing, I need to do some research as to what I need to get. That won't be for a long while though, Id say at least a year.

 

yeah if you plan to do it and you see some parts, grab them. Slowly build up your parts til you have the cash to actually get the project rolling. But first, take care of that clutch lol.

 

Yeah thats a good idea, yeah I will be saving for that clutch starting next week, I need about $400 cuz that clutch is $319 for the stg 1, and 06 tails are $60 off ebay. I should have that money within a month. Thing is the stock clutch thats in it now seems to not shake as bad, maybe I'm getting used to it, no clue. I'll throw some extra cash I earn throughout the summer to the side, possibly even doing that swap over the upcoming winter. Thing is I need to make a list of what I need for parts..

Just a matter of finding it, ha. I know of a few people that have done the swap, and I saw some thread of some kid whos doing it currently, I need to dig that up. I know of a few things I need but not everything...

 

Yeah. When the time comes and you can't find parts near you I'll look around here if you want haha I know i can find pretty much everything at a yard thats liek an hour away

 

Yeah that would be a big help considereing all the junk yard around me suck and have nothing in them.... I need to search around for some other local junk yards, probably hit one up tomorrow and see if I can find myself some things, take a look around etc.

Yeah, the only reason Edge's can do it easliy is because the have the same frame and suspension as the 4x4s. Your truck as an entire different frame

In my garage, I took it out last summer, never threw it back in...
