Icon10 New pictures of lift - new rims and tires, traction bars, bumper

Well I got tired of driving the stock truck so I lifted it...again. I'm not sure I like the bumper on there, I've had it for years and its been cut off and welded back on so many times. I will either add some more supports and build a skid plate for it or just start over from scratch. I'm thinking of starting over....

Here is my current setup:
33x12.50 Pep boys AT's
15x8 ultra rims
RCD Traction bars
Fabtech lift spindles
Chevy 1500 leaf springs
Lift shackles
Stock lift blocks
#1 torsion bars

Soon to have fabricated upper arms with dual bilstein 5100's up front

Personally I don't like it. The bumper looks kinda stupid and just thrown on and I don't like the wheels or excessively huge traction bars either.

Yikes.....

The bumper was just thrown on and I already said I'm going to be building another one.

The wheels... well...I like em, and I got 5 for $80.

The traction bars, they are long so that they travel in a nice long arch, and they arent going anywhere....

If you are going to hit the traction bars, you're going to smack the crap out of your diff. I can see an extreme situation where it would limit clearance, but I'll never see that problem. Worse I'll have is it will slide over some sand cresting a dune

Same kinda tube bumper, but it will have more supports and a skid plate. I might not do a hoop on it though

I made it 5 years ago... I was 16

I'm thinking of doing a new one with 2" tube, no bends..just miter cuts and no hoops for the lights

Truck looks pretty good, but I'd start over on the bumper. It looks pretty bare bones and is really lacking in mass. It looks more like alight bar, kinda like the fabtech bar and not really a bumper. I have never been a fan of having the front under carriage exposed like that.
