Looks good. Those mufflers are awesome for the price! My bro-in-law and my buddy from work both have them on their XJs.

Nice, it looks good. The tone will change as it breaks in.

The thing has actually gotten louder, I drove about 50 miles on it today,

But its got a nice grumble at idle, but you can still talk over it. It sounds great under acceleration and under load

Haha I am glad it doesn't drone too bad for ya. On my 4.0, under load or at WOT, you cannot have a conversation unless you are yelling......haha oh yeah. However, looks clean and sounds good man!

That's how my thrush is. Even people who know I switched have said that. They're like its more of a low grumble. I love how much quieter at idle it is that my rusted out stocker, and it sounds nice and loud under load.

i had a muffler....it was a glassy and was to quite...then i got a super 40 and still the same. why waste money on mufflers if you want it louder. a muffler makes it quite. i dont like being quite. My truck stands out in the day and at night its not so i like the saying "loud pipes save lives"
