Painted Interior and Window Tint FTW!

Well I got bored and painted my interior a couple weeks ago. I did the plastic around the door handles, the radio bezel, the cup holder console and my door sills.

The color is Fiji Metallic Pearl. It's a Honda factory color that comes on the new Civic Si's. I love the color.

I also got my windows tinted. It's 20% on the doors, 10% on the back window and a window stripe that is 10%.

Let me know what you guys think.

I also put a Rockford Fosgate Amp to my Kappa 6x9's in between the seats. (i'm going to clean up the wiring tonight.)

Nice looking truck

How did you apply the paint on the door sills

I did that, and it continued to come off due to the door rubbing it.

Looks pretty good. Your AC controls look like there are stickers on them... the little pictures just look odd imo.

I Taped it off, then did two coats bulldog adhesion promoter, then 3 coats of paint, then two coats of Clear. It seems to be holding up well.

Thanks!

Yeah, they're Infinity Reference 6.5" components. I'm upgrading to Kappa's soon though.

Yeah, idk what's up with them.

You just gave me a new idea for my truck... I love the door sills/step plate thing painted. Awesome idea!

You're gonna swap those blue LED's out real fast too. They look cool, but I found those are more for function, and blue just isn't the same as white man.

thanks man!

Yeah, those Blue LED's look sick, but they aren't very good at lighting stuff. they're really bright but the light is weird.

They're just Some Cheap Ebay ones. I didn't think there was a light in the middle. They're just standard 912 LED replacement bulbs.

I think the white pad type things should give off the most light, your blue bulbs will fit in your cargo dome/3rd brake light if you want blue in there
