Looks good but I really liked how those polished aluminum rims looked on your truck. Guess I'm old school cause I prefer that look.
And yeah, DONT do the headlight mod, it will ruin your truck.

It has nothing to do with being an "in" thing, I hate it because it looks like sh*t on Rangers.

I used duplicolor self etching primer, but if I did it again I'd without a doubt use regular high build automotive primer. The self etching is really more for bare metal which I didn't know, and my wheels are cleared which I just scuffed up and didn't entirely remove. It's holding up fine since I am careful when I put the lugnuts on.

Pretty good, a couple little chips around the lugnuts from tire shops not caring and when I had my KM2's mounted they killed the outer little lip so I just sanded the paint off and think it looks better this way. It's mainly because I used self etching primer and not normal automotive primer I think, since my wheels were clearcoated self etching was the wrong primer to use. But the little chips around the lugs I just spray painted real quick and it's fixed now. Heres the little lip sanded down.

Looks great korey!!! and yeah you went the best and cheapest route...i did my own rims professionally and they still got nicked and chipped up...when i decided to re-do them i did excatly what you did...rustoelum mettalic gray.....i repainted them one time on the truck and all i had to do was just tape off clean scuff and spray..it was easy and only took 1 can the next go around....and the headlight mod is up to you man would look gud either way!!
