Pic request: body lifted Edges and 01+ 4x4's

The reason I want to see them is because I want to see how your front bumpers are positioned.
I don't understand what the deal is with the damn relocation brackets. On mine it puts my bumper WAY forward. But most of the pics I've seen of other trucks it's not that bad.
On FX4Wannabe01's truck it looks factory. On Toreadors truck it's slightly forward but still looks acceptable. But on mine it's like 2 1/2 inches off. WTF?? Did you guys bend your relocation brackets to make it sit correctly or something? Did Performance Accessories update the design of the brackets at some point?

and here's a pic of how Shanes bumper sits (looks factory lol):

And here's Justins.

All 3 trucks have BL's, all three bumpers are in different spots. I don't get it. Are the brackets in the 2wd BL kit different than those for the 4wd kit? (the first pic is a 2wd truck)

I wish I could get mine like that. Ive spent hours trying to get it aligned. Maybe I just need new PA brackets?

from your picture it looks like your bumper is too tight to the body ...
if you drop if down a 1/2 to 3/4 of a inch than it would be like mine and Justin's
Shane's photo wont help do to no flares

I know shanes has no flares but you can still tell his bumper is where it should be. I noticed PA has a different part number for the 01-06 kit than the 98-00 kit. I wonder if the brackets are different

sorry but all the bumpers look like they stop at the same location on the flare but yours just does not look as level as ours yours is pointing down so its giving you a optical illusion of being too forward..level it down a 1/2 inch and you should be good.

98 and up bumper brackets are the some

Ok maybe youre right about shanes truk. But I tried bending one of my brackets yesterday and it did make the bumper come in more on that side. But now it just looks like all the other trucks. I had to mod the bracket just to get my bumper to sit where your guys's bumpers already sit.

Then I went and dun broke the studs off my other bracket so now I'm bumperless until I get a new right side bracket haha

yours seams to be bent so that it angles up at the fender. Making it have the misaligned look it seems to have. if you pull the bumper back down at the corners it will look better. The brackets that come with the kit are very flimsy.

got a welder? or know someone who does, just weld the studs back on. I had a kit for someone elses ranger come with two right sides so I cut off and welded the studs on the otherside and its held for years

I got my new bumper relocation brackets in yesterday and installed em. And I pulled the bumper back down alittle and its lined up right with the body now (doesnt angle up at the end), but its still way forward and looks like s***. No solution in sight.
I'm such a ****ing moron for not just getting a spindle lift

Just a thought and I have no clue if it would even be an issue, but you have an xl style top bumper. That might have something to do with it. Maybe the holes for the bolts are in a different spot?

Nope the bumper is off an 01 Edge. I have the stock bumper brackets from that Edge sitting here too so I'm gonna swap em in and see what happens. Even if its a shot in the dark
