Why would you want a super lift but stock tires?

MudSlanger (but currently is running Coil-overs on his Superlift kit....sits a little higher than a torsion bar superlift.)

I dont really suggest this for folks that have the styleside/fleetside bed. The fenders on stepsides/flaresides are bigger, and take more kindly to stuffed tires.

i need more clearence .... and though id love more meat i cant regear (cant/wont.. dont like the idea of playing alot with gears... if it aint broke dont fix it ..) and i do ned to be able to tow over 5000lbs on a weekly basis.... so bigger tires=less pulling power....

but i do need those extra 3 inches of clearence. plus looks better but i just dont like bl

my tires are 245/70/16 i belive its around 29.5 .. prolly id go with some 31 to be the biggest id go... with a much more agresive thread....

Ya if you need clearance your cant go with a BL anyway. That will only lift the body of the frame of the truck. No ground clearance at all.

This ones easy, regear!

To the original poster, spend an extra couple hundred bucks and get a 3" body lift... 3" BL + Supalift + 35"s = perfect.

Or 3" BL + Superlift (Without rear blocks installed) + Air bag rear lift + 35's + 4.56-4.88 gearing. Problem solved for lift, tires and towing.

he has the sliders already welded to his frame... so it would look kinda odd with a BL
