wow people, way to be a bunch of jackasses. if you wanna be a bunch of dicks then why post something?
yeah, he's workin on that. lol. he got it for a birthday present a few years ago. its been a great truck for having so many miles on it.
yeah its a bit slow, my trucks blows it away. if he would put it in 4low i doubt i could beat him though. never tried. but he doesnt offroad too often and he drives it easy so it needs gears but it hasnt hurt anything yet.
318. if i wanted a play toy and daily driver i would buy one just like it. toughest trucks i've seen.
why? because he doesnt have money to blow on his truck to make look new? you know SOME people have to work with what they have.
they are very good trucks, another guy we hang out with has one just like it and its been through hell and back, rebuilt (even though nothing broke) and put back though hell and its still running strong. daily driver too
so sad how such a POS would pull your truck around anywhere
yeah, sure is. cant post afew pics with some friend with out every dick head on the site telling you how much of a peice of junk something is when it could hook chains and pull most of them around. or hell why waste time, just run most of you over.

I disagree, but that's because I've driven practically every light pickup that's on the road. While I do put that gen of half ton Dodge above the newer style as far as my own personal opinion goes, it's not that close to the top.

I love my 98 Dodge, and I bought it because it was low mileage and I could pay cash. I have a 318 and 3:55's with stock tires I still get the same mileage as my ranger (average about 17). The only Things I have replaced on it are things that were gunked up because it had so low of miles. I was nervous about the tranny, but I learned a few things about the main issues with them. They had a batch of cad sensors in the tranny and they have are really easy to change. Most Tranny shops take the symptoms and either take it as a bad tranny or more probable, they rebuild the tranny's knowing about the easy fix just to get more money out of the customer.
