Pics of the Ranger and my new truck

Washed the ranger for the first time this year






And the "new" truck a 1982 Toyota with a 302 and a t5 that i traded straight across for.

looks good man i love those older rangers. u should paint the undercairrage and it will look wicked!

I never thought of that, what kind of stuff would be good for that? spray paint?

i just grabbed duplicolor wheel paint because the cans were bigger, you will be amazed how clean itll look with fresh black haha

also love the paint combo

looks good! and x2 on the frame painting. i just went to home depot and picked up 4 cans of the 97 cent Quick Color they have. Its manufactured in the same place Rustoleum is. Doesn't say it on the can but it says it on the box when it comes from the warehouse. I used flat black too.

Yota with a 302?!?! DAMN lol

Yeah the Toyota is crazy fast lol it weighs 2600 pounds, the guy took me for a ride in it and it was pretty scary, I bought a fuel cell and pump that I have to put in I just need his help so i can wire it.

i just want the body off that toy, the 22r is good enough for me, there just aint much body left on mine, its good to see theres still some in nice condition out there

Because it has a ford motor 302 roller motor from a Lincoln will post videos as soon as its running again


And should i wire wheel the frame before painting? Or just wash it good?

i usually just give it a good pressure wash to get the sand and grit off.. and then i like to use 'rubberized rocker guard' its good stuff.. thicker than just spraypaint


then agian my truck is at least 10 years newer .. so i dont know what to say about the wire wheel
