You have to buy a Gnome, this is my new gnome that Zach got me for my b-day

BTW: the grill will change soon to match the hood. It took me long enough to decide on how to paint the hood, so I have to decide now how to paint the grille

very nice Justin.

Why wax the hood so early after painting it? I thought you should wait at least a month for it to fully cure.

The hood was baked at 140 degrees for 3 hours. When i worked at my uncles body shop, we would wetsand and wheel painted pieces as soon as they were done being baked.

with base/clear you can get away with it, not with single stage though (or so i am told)

that would explain my prior experience, have had two accords painted at earl schieb and both were "intergrated clear coat" jobs which im willing to bet meant one pass with the damn spray gun ... they not me not to even wash em for 2 weeks and no wax for 5
