I see.

Those will look really good with the fronts. Can't wait to see them on there. Do they make inner splash shields that fit the flared fenders?

here is the dilema (sp?) The gas tank door doesn't exist it's glassed over. Not only that but the stock gas tank door has a supported area behind the door....which in turn the filler neck is attached to....well the new one doesn't have that it's just flat.....sooooo ummm what now.....

Outside:

Inside:

Here's the stock bedside support:

So my other options are to cut that support out and re-glass it to the new fender's. Which I don't want to do, cause it would totally destroy the old bedside's which I would like to keep intact. Or do this:

What do you guys think? I don't wanna do a fuel cell....

I would just make a glass backing like the stock one and make the door look stock. Just take you stock door and put it on those fenders. It would look fine.

That's a great idea putting it in the bed. I'd leave it like that and just smooth out the new fenders, run em shaved!

I like putting it in the bed. Keep the bedsides looking nice and clean.

Obviously correct me if I'm wrong....but it's kinda neat when you can say your the only one right? And all those trucks are bagged or lowered not one of them that I could find was lifted or 4x4. And there isn't anyone here on RF that has it done who is 4wd or lifted.

zach...the problem that I have seen is the styleside fiberglass bedsides have that cubby hole for your filler neck to attach to, the set that I Have, and from the ones I have seen don't. SO there is no way to attach your filler neck to the bedside itself. It's just flat like in my pictures. But I think I'm going to get a circular billet gas door, and make my own support for the filler neck. Just haven't quite figured it out yet.

get that billet door, it has to bolt on. then go to the junk yard and cut that part out from a junk bedside then glass and bolt them together. that is what i would do.
