My Ranger is no more. I had an accident a couple of weeks back and the truck was totalled (see thread for details https://www.ranger-forums.com/forum2...ad.php?t=74959). On Wednesday, I went to the dealer to pick out a different vehicle to replace it and came home with a 1999 F150.




I probably will stick around these forums even though I dont still own a Ranger, but I will always have the memory of the Ranger being my first truck.

Good lookin F150, sorry to hear about the Ranger.. I know you might not wanna hear this, but as it's second life it looks like it'll serve many ranger owners well as good parts truck though, it doesnt look too bad!

 

wow i missed that they totalled out your truck, im not going to lie those fx4 stickers look out of place on a truck that they dont normally go on, i vote for removal

 

It will ride on those through the winter, but these will be going on in the spring. They are around a 32 or so.

I paid $6800 for the truck after taxes and stuff. Its an XLT, 5.4 v8, all power options, tan cloth interior, 4x4, straight pipe dual exhaust, 100k miles. It was a pretty good deal if you ask me.

Nice looking truck! Im looking for that Gen F-150 myself to replace the Grand Am... found a few in my area im interested in, one more so than the other. I'll have pics up here when she's sitting in my parking spot lol

Welcome to the F150 club, we should all start pm'ing the mods to get an F150 section lol.

 

I agree, do you know of any decent F150 forums, I am on f150online but dont really know of any others.

I will try to get a video of the exhaust by the weekend.
