Mesh grill?

 

powerdome hood cold air-out vent with a stainless steel grill over the covering? If so, then sweet **** :-)


But as above post states - its probably a mesh grill for the front end =)

 

Damn you guess are quick ha. This is my first time ever doing this and as far as I know the only one with this style on my 06 grille. Though its still not finished. Paint is involved too.

 

With the combo of the picture you have on your avatar there, and the picture you gave us.. was a good beeline on where to look that could possibly have venting or a gap above it.. the grill looks good - always liked your truck, damn clean looking blue ranger! If I had a chance, I woudl have loved a vista-blue ranger, test drove an '08 FX4 two years ago before I bought my '01

 

I did it to mine for like 5 min, it looked like crap.

Here is what I have done so far. Did it last night and haven't touched it yet today. I did all the bends and cuts by eye. No measuring.

Hey Josh you need to paint that header panel and rad support behind your grille black so it doesn't stick out as much.

Yeah prob gonna do that this weekend or next week while im off for vaca. Just been to freakin busy with work and travelin!! Im just happy to get home and see her again...LMAO!!

I spent about 2 hours installing it. Looked at it for 5 minutes, and spent 10 minutes taking the **** off LOL!
