I've done that before, but not there. Also no cell service that far out and it's private property and I didn't feel like getting in a gun fight with some of the good ole' boys.

Well, one in West Palm Beach, FL(house where I grew up) and it's for sale. Second house is the one in Murphy, NC(where they planned to retire), there is a contract on the house now. It has been on the market for over a year and a half and they're taking a huge loss on it. Third and final house(where I live) is in Blairsville, GA. This is where they will live full time when my dad retires in October.
They were ok with two houses and figured the Murphy house would sell by the time the Blairsville one was finished being built, but it didn't. Two of the three houses are paid for too.

Zach & Zach, We are about down to one house. We got a contract on the house in Murphy last week and a contract on the house in FL today. WooWho!!!
